Pallet Exchange
Program
Lifestyle Blinds & Shutters have
invested in providing a pallet exchange system to ensure that your
goods are delivered to you efficiently and in the best possible
condition. This pallet service will start in Melbourne, and then
continue to other states. It is provided free of charge, and
every effort is made to ensure that these pallets are kept in
good working order.
If you receive a delivery of our
product on pallets, we ask that you have these pallets empty and
ready for return when your next delivery arrives. If this is not
the case, then a $50 pallet no return fee will apply. This fee will
be charged to your account, and will be payable 7 days from the
date of the invoice.
We thank you for your ongoing support
and trust that you will benefit from the above policy with reduced
damages, costly replacements and unnecessary lengthy delays.
Clearview Tiltrod Discontinued -
Reminder
In our September and December
newsletters we announced that we would be discontinuing the
Clearview Tiltrod option. This notice is just a reminder of
this change, so that there is no confusion, delays or
disappointment for your customers.
On 1st January 2012, the
Clearview system was discontinued. The easy tilt
system is the replacement. The main advantage with this system is
that there is no visible tiltrod at all.
Please ensure all staff within
your organization are aware of this change, including sales staff
and installers. Orders can no longer be produced
with the Clearview system, even if requested in the notes section
of the order, and doing this would only delay the processing of
your order.
Any panels that may need to be
replaced under warranty that previously had the Clearview option
will be manufactured with this until the end of June 2012, but
panels willl not be able to be made just to match a previous
order.
This may be a good time to update your
hand sample panels, and we do carry stock of panels with the
Easy Tilt option. If you need to order replacements you can
contact our Sales Department on (07) 3382 5999 who can assist you
with this, and of course you are always free to order panels with
your own sizes and requirements through the normal ordering
process.
Important Information about Aluminium
Shutters
Unfortunately our factory has been
receiving poor quality stock from our aluminium supplier, and the
factory are not willing to send out products where the jobs quality
is not 100% correct. Replacement stock, from an alternative
supplier has been ordered but will not arrive at the factory for
approximately 8 weeks.
We understand that your customers will
be adversely affected, and some may want to cancel their orders, so
this can be done if you wish.
Please advise before the 28th of
January 2012, if you would like to CANCEL any aluminium shutter
orders, or if you would like to wait for acceptable stock to arrive
at the Jakarta factory.
Please also be aware that
we will not be accepting any further Aluminium orders until our
factory has acceptable quality stock at the required stock
levels. If you need help sourcing an alternative
supplier, please contact your local sales representative who will
be happy to assist you.
