Discontinued Fabrics
We advise that the following
fabric lines have been discontinued: Lake Tahoe,
Lumiere Dusky, Newport Blockout White, Sassari Rosel, Scarborough
Cocoa and Sorbet. Please remove these fabrics from your swatch
books as we can no longer supply them.
Cambridge White
We have recently been advised by our
supplier that Cambridge White is no longer available to order.
Please remove this fabric from your swatch books as this is a
fabric that we can no longer supply.
Concord Fabric
Range
Due to quality issues, we have decided
to discontinue the Concord fabric from our custom made range.
Please remove this fabric range from your swatch books as this is a
fabric that we can no longer supply.
Safety Bolt Discontinued
The Safety Bolt (Star Key Lock) will
be discontinued, due to a lack of demand. It can be ordered up
until 31st March 2012, but will be unavailable after this time. All
other flush bolts and catches are still available, so there should
be minimal disruption in situations where this bolt was previously
used.
Clearview Tiltrod Discontinued -
Reminder
In recent newsletters we announced
that we would be discontinuing the Clearview Tiltrod option. This
notice is just a reminder of this change, so that there is no
confusion, delays or disappointment for your customers.
On 1st January 2012, the
Clearview system was discontinued. The easy tilt system is
the replacement. The main advantage with this system is that there
is no visible tiltrod at all.
Please ensure all staff within
your organization are aware of this change, including sales staff
and installers. Orders can no longer be produced with the
Clearview system, even if requested in the notes section of the
order, and doing this would only delay the processing of your
order.
Any panels that may need to be
replaced under warranty that previously had the Clearview option
will be manufactured with this until the end of June 2012, but
panels willl not be able to be made just to match a previous
order.
This may be a good time to update your
hand sample panels, and we do carry stock of panels with the Easy
Tilt option. If you need to order replacements you can contact our
Sales Department on (07) 3382 5999 who can assist you with this,
and of course you are always free to order panels with your own
sizes and requirements through the normal ordering process.
